Tom Williams - About me

I am a retired architect who was introduced to good cameras while a junior in college. I fell in love with photography, but had too much invested in becoming an architect to switch majors. Fortunately, many of the same concepts in architectural design - aesthetic balance, positive and negative spaces, etc. - transfer directly to photographic composition. I am a self-taught photographer and do not claim to be an expert. However, I live in a beautiful area and am interested in a variety of things. Perhaps - no, certainly I have seen some things that you have not. The purpose of this website is to let you see and enjoy them as I have.
